REUSING
Having many year’s experience in the waste and recycling industry, Recycling Westcountry have developed many contacts and methods to ensure we are able to recycle or reuse wherever possible.
Reusing items is better than recycling, if you have anything you would like to be reused or recycled you can drop it off at any recycling centre (all centres have a reuse shed) or at our own reuse centre, where we have a shop selling reusable items.

Our Reuse Shop at Crowlas (near Penzance) offers an ever changing range of household items including, furniture, sports equipment, kitchenwares, TVs, radios, musical instruments and much more all at great prices.

INNOVATIVE RECYCLING
In our effort to reduce waste we reuse items wherever possible, sometimes and item may not be reusable in its current state, but there are many ways we can avoid landfill sites, here are a few examples...
Washing machines
Washing machines that are beyond economical repair are dismantled and the drums used to create fire pits.
Mattresses
These are stripped and the inner material can be used for insulation.
Wooden items
Any wooden products that are not sold are sent to the Green Waste Company
